- Multiple pets are ok and your pet(s) do not need to be with you during the session
- Sessions are recorded and an access link will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your session
- Prior to your appointment, please send a photo of each pet (preferred) and/or a brief description if photo is not available

- Please do not pay until you have confirmed your appointment by phone (707.328.4997) or email since there may be a lengthy wait list.

- Payment is due prior to your appointment.
- Cancellations require a 48-hour notice.
- Missed appointment fee: $35.
